Bundestrainer Marco Sturm nominiert Thomas Holzmann

marco sturm deb 2015(Deutschlandcup 2016) Augsburger Stürmer steht vor seinem Debüt in der Nationalmannschaft. Bundestrainer Marco Sturm hat Stürmer Thomas Holzmann von den Augsburger Panthern in den Kader der deutschen Eishockey-Nationalmannschaft für den Deutschland Cup (4. – 6. November, live auf SPORT1) berufen.

 

„Thomas hat sich seine Nominierung verdient. Er hat auch in der laufenden Saison gute Leistungen gezeigt“, sagte Marco Sturm. Der 29 Jahre alte Holzmann verbuchte in bisher 13 DEL-Einsätzen fünf Tore und zwei Vorlagen.

 

 

Für ihn ist es sein Nationalmannschafts-Debüt. Auch die Münchener Maximilian Kastner sowie Konrad Abeltshauser stehen vor ihren ersten Länderspieleinsätzen.
